Tender support for care providers

Turn your care experience into a tender response buyers can evaluate

JC Tenders helps care providers qualify the opportunity, organise their evidence and prepare a response built around the buyer's questions.

Care provider tender support

"The process became clearer, simpler and much easier to move forward with."

Why support helps

The difficult part is often turning delivery into evidence

A strong service still needs a clear, compliant and relevant response.

01

The tender pack is hard to unpack

Requirements, attachments, word counts and scoring criteria can sit across several documents and portal screens.

02

Useful evidence is scattered

Policies, service examples, outcomes and approvals may exist, but not in a form that is easy to use in the response.

03

The deadline creates pressure

Without an agreed plan, input arrives late, reviews become rushed and avoidable gaps are harder to spot.

How we work

A controlled route from opportunity to response

The free consultation comes first. Only a suitable opportunity moves into scope and payment.

Assess the opportunity
Step 01

Assess the opportunity

Review the tender, available documents and evidence, timing, and whether JC Tenders can realistically help.

Agree scope and responsibilities
Step 02

Agree scope and responsibilities

Set out the work, inputs, review stages, approvals and commercial option in writing before payment.

Build the response
Step 03

Build the response

Organise accurate evidence and prepare the agreed answers around the questions and evaluation criteria.

Review and hand over
Step 04

Review and hand over

Work through the agreed review stages and provide the completed material covered by the scope.

Tender writing options

Choose the fee structure that suits the opportunity

Both options cover tender support and writing within an agreed scope. Neither is a self-serve checkout.

Fixed-fee tender writing

Fixed fee

The standard price is £1,000 per tender. The current offer provides support for two suitable tenders for the same £1,000 fee.

£1,000 current two-tender offer
  • £1,000 per tender as the standard price
  • Currently £1,000 for two suitable tenders
  • Opportunity and evidence review before work starts
  • Criteria-led response planning and writing
  • Exact deliverables and review stages agreed in writing

The consultation, tender suitability, scope, payment details, follow-up support and any second-tender eligibility are confirmed in writing before work begins.

A clear boundary

We do not guarantee tender awards

The buyer decides the outcome. JC Tenders can agree a clear process for the response, but cannot control price, competition, eligibility or the final evaluation.

  • Scope and responsibilities agreed before work begins
  • Responses structured around the tender questions
  • Evidence based on information approved by your organisation
  • Review stages and follow-up support defined in writing

FAQ

Before you get in touch

The call assesses the opportunity, available documents and evidence, timing, and whether JC Tenders can realistically help. It is not a pressure-sales call.

There are two current routes: a £1,000 fixed-fee offer covering two suitable tenders, or £1,000 upfront plus £1,000 only on award. The written terms confirm the applicable scope and details.

No. The buyer controls evaluation and award. JC Tenders supports the preparation of the response but cannot guarantee the outcome.
